School Expectation Banners

Some of our fifth grade students helped show the classes of  2026-2021 (K-5) the banners that will be placed in the hallways of the school. The banners will serve as reminders of the school wide behavior expectations. Some of the elementary teachers dicscussed in greater detail the expectations for the hallways, bathrooms, dining room, and playground during the morning meetings last week.

Peer Pursuit

The 2013-14 peer pursuit was introduced during the morning meeting. They are ready to lead their classmates through a great school year!!

Class of 2022-- Blaze Certificate

Mrs. Sheehe's Class of 2022 are proud to accept their " Blazing a Trail of Good Leadership" certificate. Our students are excited to demonstrate their leadership skills!! Congratulations!!

Class of 2026-- Blaze Certificate

Mrs. Rausre's Class of 2026 (kindergarten) received a certificate for "Blazing a Trail of Good Leadership". They are setting a great example for all twigs to see. Way to go future leaders!!

Class of 2020

The Class of 2020 received their class banners in the morning meeting today. They will hang them outside their homerooms to show their class spirit!!

Teasing--Friendly vs Bad

Your child is learning the difference between friendly and bad teasing, The peer pursuit students have been busy demonstrating this with their awesome skits. The building blocks for great character are beginning to form in your child. We hope you are seeing a future leader in your child!!

Applying for leadership roles

Mr. Galvin met with students in grades 6-8. He explained the leadership roles in our school and demonstrated the application process. Students were given a chance to ask questions about their resposibilities in these roles.

Job Application Process

Go to the FBCS homepage and click on Leadership Corp Application to view the required application middle school students need to obtain a leadership role in our school. This application process will help your child master the skills needed for future employment.

Appropriate Classroom Behavior

This week the morning meetings have been focusing on appropriate classroom behavior.  Our middle school peer pursuit students have done an excellent job of describing and demonstrating this to their fellow twigs.

8th grade students received their Class of 2018 banners. These banners will be placed outside their homeroom. A sense of belonging is being instilled in your child!!
